One-to-one counselling for women navigating life transitions, grief, relationships, identity, emotional patterns, overwhelm or simply the feeling that something within their life is asking for attention. My approach is gentle, person-centred and informed by an understanding of the whole person, your experiences, relationships, body, inner world and the meaning you make from what you have lived.
